Bridging Leaders Program - Cohort 5

The Bridging Leaders Program aims to create a leadership development experience that incubates leaders with a fresh multidimensional perspective. This program will participants to collaboratively seek solutions that understand all vantage points of common dilemmas facing AHSCs and that sets the foundation for individuals to effectively lead in their academic, research and clinical leadership roles.

Approved by McMaster University Continuing Professional Development Program for a maximum of 14.75 MOC Section 1 hours.

Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigenous Reconciliation: Foundations and Reflections

This EDI-IR QUEST allows you to acquire a broad understanding of equity, diversity, inclusion and Indigenous Reconciliation (EDI-IR) concepts as well as explore a number of topics more fully through tasks to help you contextualize them to your own work. Throughout this material, you will be asked not only to explore foundational EDI-IR concepts but also to reflect upon how these concepts apply to your personal and professional self-identity.
