The Discussion Forum serves as an online space for interactive communication and knowledge sharing among learners. The course facilitator plays a key role in engaging learners within the discussion forum by actively participating and interacting with students. Additionally, the design of completion requirements can serve as a motivating factor, encouraging higher participation rates and ensuring that learners fully engage with the discussion.
