Welcome to the final stage before your course goes live for learners! To ensure your course is fully prepared for its launch, kindly follow the steps below:

1. Visibility Check: Make sure the course is not hidden on FacDev. Check this how-to if you want to check whether the course is available.
2. Quality Assessment: Navigate between instructor view and student view to make sure the course looks the way you want the learners to see it. To view your course the way learners see it, go into your User Profile pull-down menu > “Switch role to…” and click on the “Learner” button. 
3. User Access: Add any additional instructors, TAs, or other users who may need access to your course. 
4. Date Updates: Update dates on Activities, especially if you have migrated content from a previous course. 
5. Communication: Contact learners and let them know that they can access course resources via FacDev.
